The glass lamination furnace boasts five layers and uses vacuum bags in combination with EVA films. Temperature cycles are programmed based on the type of laminating film used and the thickness of the glass being laminated. By creating a total vacuum inside the silicone bags containing glass sheets and film, the furnace guarantees the proper laminating process and an exceptional end-product. This advanced technology allows the production of laminated glass that meets the standards of the Fireproof and Ballistics glass industries.

For the production of decorative laminated glass, colored EVA film, décor materials, glass with photo printing, and film for smart glass can be utilized. The furnace is equipped with five layers and two doors, and the heating elements are located at the top. Circulation blowers are employed for effective heat circulation, which reduces energy consumption. The furnace’s maximum temperature is 150° C, and it features a solid-state relay and automatic temperature adjustment controlled by a PLC system. The control box design complies with the European ICE standard, and the cart is driven by a motor and gear box.

To ensure temperature uniformity, there are four sets of circulation fans located on the top of the furnace. The motor and unilateral fan from the Sino-Forest brand provide high air volume and high pressure to create uniform heating and cycling temperatures in the furnace. The air flue features galvanized sheet metal and is fitted with a wind aperture adjustment plate on the inner wall, allowing the heat of the furnace to be adjusted to process all kinds of glass dimensions and thicknesses.
