Description

This 4-spindle polisher is great for 1/8, ¼, 3/8, and ½ glass. This machine is owned by the original owner. It was always maintained and kept in excellent condition. It has always been in a small glass shop where it was used 2-3 times a week. First 2 spindles are grinding, and second two spindles are polishing. Currently located in Northeast. Owner is downsizing. Seller is open to all offers!!

– Bed of welded and ground steel sections
– Support of glass sheets, with supporting framework
– Transport of glass sheets by means of track,glass sheet thickness from 3 mm to 22 mm
– 2 diamond wheels that may be adjusted manually,according to the thickness of glass sheets (inclination by means of angular variation, the adjustment of which is simple and exact)
– 2 polishing wheels with pneumatic lifting
– Translation speed from 0.3 meters to 5 metersper minute
– Minimum size of glass sheets 200 x 200 mm
– Installed power: 12 HP
– Tank for collection of liquid, capacity about 250liters, with motordriven pump, and with innerseparation by means decantation
– Entrante unit of glass sheets, with preliminaryadjustment for glass removal according to the cut, by means of handwheel with gravity reaction dial that may be easily read
– Electric control panel with the following
safety devices:
• Conveyor is in operation only if all motors are on • Automatic stop in case of abnormal operation,even of only one motor.
