The machine is in good condition and is regularly maintained by the on-site maintenance team. It consists of a magazine with 8 feeding stations, a main body, and a control desk panel.

The magazine is made of solid steel coated with two-component anticorrosion paint and has 8 feeding stations where spacer hollow profiles are loaded by hand. The profiles are then automatically pulled from the magazine to the central body for bending operations. This allows for profiles of different lengths to be employed, including leftovers. The main body is also made of solid steel coated with two-component anticorrosion paint and is equipped with a pneumatic tongs that pulls the spacer hollow profile from the magazine and conveys it to the central body for programmed bending operations.
The machine has preinstalled metal inserts that automatically connect one stick of profile to the following one, thereby reducing processing waste. It also has two breaking blades, one at the entrance of the main body to cut the stick to the required length and the other at the delivery of the main body for the final cutting of the profile.

The machine can bend spacer hollow profiles with a thickness from 6 to 32 mm x H=6.5 mm and with edge bending from 0° to 155°. It is also equipped with a special function that allows the manufacturing of oversize spacer frames by dividing them into several parts. The machine has an automatic tool change unit with 4 positions for bending tools and comes with additional bending tools that can be easily changed according to the production requirements of the client.  Seller is open to offers!
