LiSEC Warm Edge Insulated Glass Line SOLD

This production line is designed to create insulating glass units using either Superspacer T-spacer or manually applied spacer frames. It is fully automated for the production of rectangular shapes, and has the capability to create custom shapes using manually input data. The line is comprised of several modules, including an edge deletion machine, washing machine, spacer applicator, frame mounting station, gas filling press, and sealant applicator with a mixing and metering unit. The line was maintained by the company’s maintenance team. This versatile production line can accommodate both commercial and residential IGU units, and spans approximately 190 feet in length.
