This is a refurbished Billco 72” Heat Press.
Machine was fully disassembled to the frame. It was repainted with industrial color matched Billco Green 2 stage paint.
-All Mechanical & Electrical drawings included
-26 new heat lamps
-Heat rollers were re-wrapped with new installation
-All new bearings throughout the machine
-All gears we were taken off inspected and repainted orange
-All blower motors were checked and rebuilt one was replaced
-All blower hoses was replaced with brand new industrial hose
-All conveyor rods were taken off and repainted satin black
-All six rubber rollers cleaned & inspected
-All new conveyor rubber donuts
-All stainless was deep cleaned
-All chain was taken off and deep cleaned and replaced in some areas
-All new reflective safety stickers
-All bearing holders for heat section were repainted with industrial paint
-All new zerk fittings throughout the machine
-All new drive belt
